Chicken Cordon Bleu Cupcakes
These savory cocktail cupcakes go together in minutes using canned biscuit dough, chicken nuggets, deli ham, Swiss cheese and cream cheese and bake up into tasty bites. Perfect for appetizers and tailgate parties

- 1 can 5 count, refrigerated biscuit dough*
- 10 chicken nuggets* I used Chick Fil-A nuggets
- 3-4 slices deli ham, cut into wide strips*
- 3 slices Swiss cheese*
- 1/4 cup whipped chive cream cheese*
- Honey Mustard dressing I used Ken's Honey Mustard salad dressing
Gently separate each biscuit into 2 halves
Place halves in a sprayed mini muffin pan, pushing down the center
Fill center with 2 tsps cream cheese
Wrap each nugget with a strip of ham and place on top of cream cheese
Top each cupcake with a square of Swiss cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, check and continue baking until dough is golden 3-5 more minutes
Serve immediately with honey mustard dressing for dipping
*Variations and substitutions:
cooked chicken, rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken nuggets
cooked bacon for ham
Gruyère or Manchego for Swiss
mayonnaise, honey mustard, or Alfredo for cream cheese
Puff pastry or pie dough for biscuits {cooking time will be longer}
