North Pole Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 part Candy Cane Vodka or plain Vodka or Vanilla Vodka with a dash of peppermint extract, chilled if possible
- 3 parts Peppermint Ice Cream
- 1 part milk {optional}
Instructions
- Partially melt ice cream by putting desired amount in a pitcher in the refrigerator and letting it melt to the consistency of a thick milkshake. Combine with chilled vodka and pour into prepared glasses.

OR
Put vodka and ice cream into a martini shaker with some ice cubes and shake, shake, shake until chilled and combined
OR
Put ingredients into a blender as you would for a milk shake add some ice or milk and blend
For rimming the glasses I put smashed candy cane pieces on a plate and brushed the rim of the glass with egg white
