Put broccoli florets on a cooking oil sprayed foil lined baking sheet.
Squeeze lemon and drizzle juice over broccoli. Season with salt, lemon zest, and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Using your hands, toss florets around to distribute the oil, lemon and seasoning. Spread back out into an even layer and sprinkle with garlic slices and 1/2 of Parmesan cheese
Bake at 400 about 30 minutes, or until done to your liking. Remove from oven and add remaining cheese. Return to oven 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Makes 3-4 servings
