Tater Tot Bake with Crispy Onion
This is like green bean casserole with potatoes instead of beans!
- 16 oz frozen Tator tots defrosted
- 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 oz crispy onions about 1/2 bag Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions
- pepper to taste
Place thawed tots into a cooking oil sprayed baking dish.
Mix soup with milk and add yogurt or sour cream and season with pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Top with crispy onions and return to oven for 5 more minutes to brown.
