APRICOT PINEAPPLE GORGONZOLA CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 4 slices thick sliced bacon
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola crumbles
  • 1-2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup apricot-pineapple preserves

Instructions
 

  • Cut bacon into 1/2 inch dice and cook until crisp. .
  • Drain well and combine with the rest of ingredients and stir/mash together with a spoon and fork
  • Chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Will keep overnight.
  • Serve with wheat thins, or small baguette slices, or any non flavored cracker. Great with celery sticks too. Makes about 2 cups spread.
