cream cheese
softened

slices
thick sliced bacon
4
oz
Gorgonzola crumbles
1-2
green onions
chopped
1/2
cup
apricot-pineapple preserves
Instructions
Cut bacon into 1/2 inch dice and cook until crisp. .
Drain well and combine with the rest of ingredients and stir/mash together with a spoon and fork
Chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Will keep overnight.
Serve with wheat thins, or small baguette slices, or any non flavored cracker. Great with celery sticks too. Makes about 2 cups spread.
