BLEU CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c milk or half and half
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 1/2 T butter
  • 2 oz bleu cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan whisk flour into milk, bring to boil and cook 1 minute or til thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, stir til melted then add gorgonzola. Sauce will be thin, more for pouring than dipping. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
