PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY GRANOLA
chopped dry roasted peanuts
mixed dried berries
Combine oats, peanuts, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Combine oil, honey, vanilla, and peanut butter in another bowl and microwave 1 minute on high to melt.
Stir and combine with dry ingredients, blending well. Spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake at 275 for 15 minutes, stir and return to oven for 10-15 more minutes until just golden. Be careful not to burn it.
Stir in dried berries immediately after removing from oven.
Let cool completely on pan, then store in an airtight container.
Use for topping cereal, oatmeal or yogurt or ice cream. Makes 8 servings, 1/4 cup per seriving, approx 250 calories each, or 2 Tablespoons=125 calories
