3small to medium cucumbers or 1 large English cucumber
2TablespoonsRice Wine Vinegar
1TablespoonSoy Sauce
1TablespoonSesame Oil
1Tablespoonsugar
1-2Tablespoonssesame seeds
Instructions
Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, watching closely and shaking the pan every minute or so to move the seeds around. The seeds will start to turn golden in about 5 minutes.
Slice cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices {or desired thickness} and place in small dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over all. Refrigerate for a few hours to let cucumbers marinate before serving.
