1cupricotta
3ozAsiago cheesegrated
1envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Garlic and Herb blend
Instructions
Pizza Dippers
Unroll dough onto a non stick baking sheet.
Gently stretch into a large even rectangle. Cover with a thin layer of pesto.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pistachios. Use your fingers to gently press seeds and nuts into the dough.
Cover with Parmesan. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes or until dough is done and golden
Savory Ricotta Dip
Mix all ingredients together, blending well. Divide among martini or pretty glasses and garnish with Pizza dippers to serve.
Notes
Dip Option:Spray a small baking dish with olive oil spray. Mix cheese, sour cream and seasoning in the baking dish. Cover and refrigerate untilĀ baking at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 2 1/4 cups Serve with pizza dippers
