  • 12 Pillsbury Grands biscuits*
  • 4 oz bleu cheese
  • 6 slices thick bacon cooked
  • 4 oz pecan halves
  • 1 stick butter

  • Melt butter in a ceramic or glass baking dish. Cut biscuits into 1/8s and gently roll around in the butter.
  • Top with bleu cheese, bacon and pecan halves, gently distributing toppings on and around biscuit pieces.
  • Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes. Check the middle of the dish to make sure the inner dough is cooked. The outer edges will brown sooner than the middle will cook.

*12 biscuits is 1 1/2 cans. Cook the other 4 biscuits for tomorrow’s breakfast or increase pan size and add some more topping ingredients to use 16 biscuits, making 12 servings. Make sure the biscuits pieces are in a fairly single layer for even cooking.
