Lucky Leprechaun Snack Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. Peanut Butter Chex cereal about 8 cups
  • 2 cups potato sticks like Pik-Nik sticks
  • 6.6 oz Flavor blasted extra sharp cheddar Goldfish snack crackers
  • Peanut M & Ms *
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Seasoned salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine cereal, potato sticks and goldfish crackers in a deep rimmed baking sheet or broiler pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Mix melted butter with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. Pour slowly over mix in pan. Using a large spoon or spatula toss gently to evenly coat.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir well and bake for 20 more minutes. Spread paper towels on counter top and transfer cooked snack mix on to them to cool. Add candy and place cooled mix into a covered storage container.
  • Makes about 8-10 cups of snack mix.

*I bought a 2 lb. bag of mixed colors and sorted out green, yellow, orange, using about 1/2 of the bag}
