Instructions
Cut steak into 2" x 1" pieces
Marinate in teriyaki or a favorite marinade for 4-24 hours
Place meat on skewers and grill over medium to medium high heat until done, about 15 minutes, depending on your grill and desired doneness
serve as an appetizer or main dish

Plan on 1/4-1/3 lbs. of steak per person
