fresh jumbo shrimp,* heads off and unpeeled

sticks real unsalted butter

Worcestershire sauce
Blackened seasoning [we like Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Steak Magic]

ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
juice 1 lemon and slice the other 2 into thin wedges
Wash shrimp and drain well.
Melt butter in a sauce pan.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, black pepper, blackened seasoning, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Place shrimp into a 9 x 13 casserole dish and pour sauce over all.
Top shrimp with lemon slices and push to submerge in sauce.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Notes
Adjust cooking time if using smaller shrimp
