Green Bean & Bacon Casserole
amp up the standard green bean casserole with bacon!
- 16 oz frozen cut green beans
- 2-3 slices bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Bacon Soup
- 6 oz french fried onions
- salt & pepper to taste
Grease or spray a small 1 or 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add beans and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Drain off any water from beans. Stir in soup, bacon, and 1/2 of onions.
Bake casserole at 350, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbling. Top with remaining onions and return to oven for 5 minutes to crisp.
