3packages8.5 oz, Ready Pasta {or 16 oz. pasta of choice, cooked al dente}
2cans10.75 oz, Tomato Soup {Campbells condensed}
1lbbreakfast sausage
1cupgrated Mozzarella Cheese {I used Kraft Creamy Melt Mozzarella with Philadelphia cream cheese}
1cupgrated sharp Cheddar cheese {I used Sargento Off the Block 4 State Cheddar}
1/3cupwater
Instructions
Brown sausage in skillet.
While sausage is browning cook pasta according to package directions. Ready Pasta only takes minutes in the microwave.
When sausage has browned, drain and return to skillet. Stir in soup and water.
Place pasta in prepared dish and pour sauce over it. Stir to coat with sauce.
Stir in 1/2 of each cheese. Transfer to a large greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover with casserole lid or non stick foil. Can be refrigerated at this point for baking later.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more until hot and melty. If dish is cold, baking time may be longer.
