Combine the marinara sauce with the ricotta, Italian seasoning and 3 oz of Parmesan cheese
Spread in the bottom of a 8" x 8" casserole dish or deep dish pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Place meatballs into sauce leaving spaces between them
Cut biscuits into 1/4s and put into a bowl
Combine garlic powder {as much or as little as you like} with melted butter and pour over biscuit pieces, tossing around gently to coat
Place biscuit pieces in between and around meatballs, pushing down into sauce.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over top of casserole
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, and check for doneness. Continue to cook 5-10 minutes until meatballs and biscuits are cooked all the way through
Makes 2 large servings, 3 medium servings or 4 small servings

Easy meatballs:1/2 lb. ground beef1/2 lb. breakfast sausage1/4 cup BBQ sauce1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning1 cup extra sharp grated cheddarCombine ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Makes about 40. Use within 1-2 days or freeze.
