Slow Cooker Cranberry Orange Sauce
5 ingredients and a few hours in the slow cooker and you will have a delicious homemade cranberry orange sauce
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 clementines peeled and sectioned
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Place everything in a 4 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Stir, cover and continue to cook for 2 more hours, stirring every hour.
After 3 hours, stir and then leave the pot uncovered and cook 30 more minutes. Cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Yields about 1 cup. Double recipe for a pint.
