Chocolate Cashew Bars


  • 1 8 oz can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup roasted and salted cashews


  • Grease a 9 x 13” baking dish.
  • Carefully unroll crescent roll dough and lay into pan, sealing perforations and pressing dough into pan to form crust.
  • Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with morsels, top with nuts, and pour milk slowly overall.
  • Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes more until golden.
  • Cool before cutting into bars. This makes a lot, you can cut them into fairly small bars because they are so decadent!
