1can8, crescent roll dough or 1 crescent roll sheet
4oz.cream cheesesoftened
3Tsugar
1Tvanilla
1pkg12 oz, Stouffers Apples, cooked
4strips maple baconcooked and diced
Maple Icing {see recipe below}
Instructions
Remove dough from can, leaving the roll in tact.
Cut dough into 8-10 slices, and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Make an indentation {with your fingers or the bottom of a glass} in the center of the dough slices.
Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
Divide evenly between slices, placing filling in the dough indentation.
Top with2-3 Tablespoons of apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until dough is cooked through and golden.
Let cool, then drizzle with Maple icing and diced bacon

Maple Icing2 T butter1/3 cup pure maple syrup1 cup powdered sugarPinch of saltIn a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and maple syrup together, whisking occasionally. Once the butter has melted, remove from heat and whisk in the sifted confectioners sugar. Taste and add a pinch of salt if desired. Set glaze aside and allow to cool and thicken, then drizzle over danishes
