Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack or racks on top
Lay crackers out on top of wire racks.
Put about 1 tsp of Parmesan on each cracker
Cut bacon into pieces the length of your crackers. If it’s too wide, fold it in half so it sits on top of the cracker.
Add another tsp of Parmesan on top
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours and check. Continue cooking until crackers are golden and bacon is cooked through, approximately 2 hours total. Cooking time depends on your oven and the type of bacon used.
Make plenty, they disappear quickly!
