1/2cupdiced fresh pineapple{you can sub canned tidbits, drained}
1/2Tunsalted butter
1/2Tolive oil
Instructions
Saute onion in butter and olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it starts to brown, about 15 minutes. Add pineapple and stir to combine. Set aside or refrigerate until needed. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Notes
*if using spiralizer, peel onion and cut off ends. Make one cut all the way through onion from center to edge. Place on spiralizer and cut, using the blade slicer.
