Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook bacon slices on parchment at 350 for 20-25 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Drain.
Rinse snow peas and string if desired. Place peas in a bowl with 2 T water and microwave 1 minute. Remove peas from bowl and pat dry.
Arrange chips in a circle in a large low bowl or on a rimmed platter. Put dip in the center. Arrange snow peas around dip. Sprinkle peppers and bacon around the edges of the dip. Serve immediately.
Increase quantities and proportions anyway you like and double for a larger group.
