  • 4 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 2 T dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 4 T Olive oil or any cooking oil
  • 2 T champagne vinegar or any vinegar


  • Combine dressing mix with vinegar and oil, mixing well.
  • Place washed chicken breasts into a large zippered plastic bag and pour marinade into bag with chicken.
  • Seal bag and toss chicken pieces around to coat thoroughly with marinade.
  • Place in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  • Grill over medium coals until done and serve with Alabama White BBQ Sauce
