5th Dimension Burger Seasoning

  • 6 T Porcini Mushroom Powder
  • 2 T Portabella Mushroom Powder
  • 2 T Worcestershire Sauce Powder
  • 2 T Onion Powder
  • 2 T Garlic Powder


  • Mix everything together in a small jar. Use 1 T per 1/4 lb of hamburger meat. Gently mix it into meat and form into patties. Do not overwork mixing or burgers will be tough. Use your thumb to make a small indentation in center of patties for even cooking.
  • Will keep for up to 6 months
