1/2bag chopped saladsuch as Asian, Kale, or any mix you like
fresh spinach leaves
1small head romainewashed and torn into small pieces
2ozbleu cheese crumbles
pecanswalnuts, dried cranberries, or favorite salad toppings
Mustard & Maple Vinaigretteor any light vinaigrette
Instructions
Put salad greens in large bowl and top with bleu cheese and any other salad toppings desired. Spiralize pear or cut into match stick like pieces. Place pear on top of everything else, seal tightly with saran and refrigerate until serving time. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Mustard & Maple Vinaigrette1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp white wine vinegar1 T real maple syrup1 T Dijon mustardsalt and pepper to tastePlace all ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix. Refrigerate leftovers. Bring to room temperature and shake when using again.
