Cut off top of garlic head to expose cloves. Place on a square of foil and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and wrap up in foil.
Cook at 400 for about 1 hour. Remove and cool.
Squeeze garlic onto pizza crust and spread garlic paste over crust.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little salt and pepper. Place directly on oven shelf and cook at 400 about 8 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Cut into thin wedges. Makes 16
Wrap pineapples chunks in bacon pieces and secure with toothpick.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet on a baking rack. Drizzle with soy sauce if desired.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Makes 16-20
Serve with pizza crust wedges.
