6-8chicken tenders [or 2-3 boneless breasts cut into tenders]
1/2cuporange marmalade
1/2cuporange juice
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
2TDijon mustard
1Tginger paste or minced fresh ginger
2clovesgarlicminced
fresh orange slices for garnish
Instructions
Make a sauce with all the ingredients except chicken. Put chicken in a lined or sprayed slow cooker. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until done.
Serve over rice and garnish with fresh orange slices if desired
