Panfried Kale Ribbons with Garlic

chopped kale
enough to fill a big salad bowl
4-5
cloves
garlic
minced
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Drizzle olive oil over the bottom of a large skillet, about 2 Tablespoons. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Add kale and stir. Stir occasionally and add more oil if if looks dry.
Remove any large stems as you cook, and snip kale into smaller pieces with scissors if desired.
Kale will wilt down and start to darken. Kale is done when it begins to crisp. Salt and pepper to taste.
