stick unsalted butter
softened
20
grape tomatoes

tsp
basil paste
or freshly chopped basil or pesto to taste
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Put tomatoes on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Roast at 400 for 15-20 minutes until they burst and are cooked and soft.
Mix warm tomatoes with soft butter and basil.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour until butter has set. Use on toast, rolls, sandwiches and vegetables.
