Party Panache, Jarcuterie

Charcuterie boards are all the rage lately

and recently I’ve noticed the concept

of these board buffets being put into jars…

Well that’s brilliant,

and I couldn’t wait to make some!

This is such a great example of “Presentation is Everything”

I used simple everyday ingredients that I had in my refrigerator…

serving these in a unique way makes them party perfect!

Onion dip, celery sticks, cucumber sticks, bacon,

cherry tomatoes, ham, salami and cheddar,

watermelon and grapes

Onion dip went in the bottom of the jar,

then celery and cucumber sticks go into it

Short wooden skewers {available at the grocery store}

were used for the meat, cheese,

and bacon wrapped cherry tomatoes

I used small 8 ounce jars,

perfect for a cocktail party buffet

or a grab and go snack or lunch

You can make these ahead of time,

these fit into a quart size ziplock baggie~

and refrigerate for several days

Perfect for lunch on the porch!

You can also put them on a little tray or plate

Watermelon, grapes and crackers make a nice accompaniment
