1 lb. 5 oz, Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2
cup
butter
softened and cut into cubes
1
egg
multi-colored sprinkles
optional
Icing
1 1/2
cups
powdered sugar

T
butter
softened
3-4
T
milk
1
T
almond emulsion or almond or vanilla extract
sprinkles
chopped peanut butter cups or candy of choice
Instructions
Spray the bottom of a springform pan or glass pie dish with cooking spray.
Mix cookie mix, butter and egg in mixer or with a beater until a soft dough forms.
Stir in sprinkles if desired.
Put dough in baking pan and pat into a level layer.
Bake at 325 for about 35 minutes, checking near the end of baking time. Cookie is done when set in the middle and edges begin to brown.
Cool completely before icing
Icing
Beat sugar, butter, extract, and milk until desired consistency.
If icing is too thin add more sugar, if it's too thick add more milk
Spread icing evenly over top of cookie and sprinkle with desired toppings
