Mix everything together for 2-3 minutes until you have a smooth batter.
Pour into well greased and floured pan and bake according to pan size, and remove from oven when cake is just set. Cake is better a little under cooked rather than over. Cool in pan 20 minutes and remove.
Ice with your favorite icing, or ready made icing. This batter makes enough for 1 double layer cake, or 1 bundt cake, or 16-24 cupcakes, or 36-48 mini cup cakes
