Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 3 3/4 cups, powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks butter softened
  • 2-4 T milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract [or just use vanilla]

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter.
  • Add sugar, milk and extracts.
  • Beat until the desired consistency is reached, adding more milk if necessary.

Notes

Cream Cheese Frosting
substitute 4 oz. softened cream cheese for 1 stick of butter
