Place salami in a skillet over medium heat. When the fat starts to render turn slices occasionally until the edges begin to darken and salami starts to crisp up. Remove from pan and drain well on paper towels. Serve at room temperature
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan and whole romaine leaves and mix well. Top with Parmesan. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Serve with a spoon to top romaine leaves and salami chips
