Caramel Mascarpone Martini
Mascarpone cheese is topped with caramel sauce and toffee bits and paired with apple slices and small cookies for dipping. Served in a fancy martini glass it make a dazzling dessert!

Ingredients
1/4
cup
Mascarpone cheese, softened
caramel sauce
heat if necessary for drizzling
toffee bits
or cut up candy bar
apple slices
small cookies
like biscoff or shortbread
Instructions
Use 2 spoons to scoop Mascarpone into a glass
Use a fork to make ridges and little holes in the cream
Drizzle caramel sauce over cream, heating the sauce if necessary so it will drizzle
Top with toffee bits
Drizzle on a little more caramel
Serve with apple slices and small plain cookies
