Cheesy Pepperoni Rolls
These rolls are a pepperoni pizza on a slider bun! Pepperoni and Italian cheese are stuffed into the rolls, topped with garlic butter then baked and served with marinara sauce on the side for dipping or spooned across the top. Make 1 or 100 by adjusting the recipe amounts as needed

- pepperoni slices
- Shredded Italian Cheese blend or Mozzarella cheese slices
- butter
- garlic spread seasoning or garlic powder and Italian seasoning
- finely grated Parmesan cheese
- marinara sauce
- King's Hawaiian Rolls
Vertically slice rolls into 1/3s, 2 slices each roll, stopping 2/3 of the way down so the bottom stays in tact
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper if desired
Build your rolls directly on the sheet pan
Fill each slit with 1 large piece of pepperoni folded, or with 2 or 3 smaller pieces of pepperoni. Add a generous amount of shredded Italian cheese or slices of Mozzarella cheese
Melt butter and add Garlic Spread Seasoning or garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Brush or Drizzle tops of rolls with garlic butter
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes, checking at 8 minutes and removing when golden brown
Sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese
Serve with marinara sauce in a bowl for dipping or spoon marinara sauce over the tops
Adjust ingredient amounts as needed for the number of rolls you want to make
