Cocktail Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks 16 Tbsp real butter do not substitute
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large bowl in the microwave
  • Add cheese and stir to melt
  • Add chopped onions and sour cream.
  • Add Bisquick and blend well
  • Line mini muffin tins with papers or grease tins well
  • Fill tins 2/3 full
  • Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until golden
  • Serve warm or at room temperature

Notes

Make plenty, they disappear fast!
