Cocktail Cupcakes
Cheesy, buttery, delicious bites
Ingredients
- 2 sticks 16 Tbsp real butter do not substitute
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large bowl in the microwave
- Add cheese and stir to melt
- Add chopped onions and sour cream.
- Add Bisquick and blend well
- Line mini muffin tins with papers or grease tins well
- Fill tins 2/3 full
- Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until golden
- Serve warm or at room temperature

Make plenty, they disappear fast!
