Wash veggies, dry, & cut squash into 1/2 inch slices, and then halve.
Place veggies on foil lined pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle veggies with OO and season with S&P.
Roast at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
Cook pasta until just al dente, about 5 minutes, drain and return to hot sauce pan and toss with pesto, stirring to melt. Add some Parmesan and cover and keep warm.
When veggies are done put them on top of pasta and toss gently.
Serve with additional Parmesan. Serves 2.
