canned refrigerated pizza dough

oz.
sliced raw mushrooms {like Baby Bella}
1/4-1/2
red onion sliced and chopped

ears of corn*
cooked and kernels cut off

asparagus spears
tough ends cut off and cut into 1 inch pieces

olive oil
4-6
oz.
grated white cheese
like Fontina, mozzarella, Italian blend, white Cheddar
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Unroll dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and prick all over with a fork.
Bake for 5-6 minutes until firm and just starting to turn golden.
Remove from oven and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with 1/2 of cheese.
Top evenly with vegetables and cover with remaining cheese.
Return to oven and bake for 7-10 more minutes until golden and cheese has melted.
