FRESH GRILLED PEACH SALAD with RASPBERRY BALSAMIC GLAZE

Ingredients
1-2
fresh peach halves per salad
fresh salad greens
such as mesculan mix
Raspberry Balsamic Glaze
or any Balsamic glaze
1 -2
tsp
marsacapone cheese
or fresh ricotta or mozzarella cheese
butter
Instructions
Brush peaches with melted butter and grill on an outdoor grill, panini press, or skillet for 5 minutes, until warm and sugars start to caramelize.
Place peaches on a bed of fresh greens.
Place a teaspoon or 2 of cheese in the center of peach halves and drizzle with glaze. Serve with additional glaze if desired.
Notes
*this glaze is pretty sweet, substitute a more tart balsamic glaze if you prefer more tang.
