Saute greens in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
As greens cook down add the garlic and saute along with greens 1-2 minutes until done.
Remove greens to bowl.
Add onion to skillet and reduce heat. Cook low and slow, about 20 minutes until onion is cooked and caramelized. Add onions to greens and mix together.
Mix greens and onions with sour cream and cream cheese. Put in a small baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until hot. Transfer to a pretty serving bowl and top with onions. Serve with sturdy chips
