Ingredients
1
can
Pillsbury thin pizza crust dough
or use any pizza crust dough you prefer and adjust time accordingly
1
cup
ricotta cheese
sliced peaches, strawberries, grapes, or whole blackberries or blueberries
use any combo or qunatity you like
3
oz.
Sharp White Cheddar, grated
2
oz.
shaved Parmesan cheese
crispy bacon, cooked chicken or ham
optional
Instructions
Grease or spray a large rimmed baking sheet
Unroll dough, stretching as necessary to form a full size rectangle
Prick dough all over with a fork
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, until just firm and starting to turn golden
Spread ricotta over partially baked crust in an even layer
Top with grated white cheddar
Place fruit evenly all over top of pizza
Add meat if desired
Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese
Refrigerate for baking later if desired
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through, crust is golden and cheese has melted
Notes
To make a dessert version, eliminate the cheeses and sprinkle ricotta with white chocolate chips instead
