Grilled Avocados
This is a great summer side dish you can grill right along side your meat. Avocado halves are brushed with olive oil and lemon, seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled for 4-6 minutes for a tasty, healthy side dish!

Ingredients
ripe avocados*
olive oil
lemon juice
salt & pepper
Instructions
Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Do not peel
Brush cut sides with olive oil and drizzle with lemon
Season with salt and pepper
Place cut side down on a medium high heated grill {or on a grill pan on the stove top} and cook for 4-6 minutes
