Jerk Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 T oil olive, vegetable or canola
  • 8 green onions coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 3 T fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 T ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 T fresh thyme
  • 4 large boneless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to combine all the marinade ingredient into a fine paste.
  • Put chicken in a large ziplock bag with marinade and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
  • Grill chicken and slice.
  • Serve slices with watermelon salsa
