Massage kale by rolling around on a cutting board and squeezing gently.
Chop into bite sized pieces, removing any tough stems.
Tear spinach and romaine into small pieces.
Put greens in a large salad bowl and add green onion.
Halve orange and squeeze 1/2 for the juice for the salad dressing. Peel the other half and cut into bite sized chunks, removing pith. Add to greens
Combine orange juice, olive oil, sugar, yogurt or sour cream, and garlic in a jar. Add a little salt and pepper. Shake shake shake. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over salad. Makes 3-4 servings

*adjust garlic to your taste, 1 garlic clove is pretty strong, so reduce or omit for less garlic taste
