Lemon Tartlettes
Lemon curd and sweetened cream cheese fill a baked crescent roll crust

Ingredients

can
crescent roll dough or dough sheet
4
oz
cream cheese, softened

Tbsp
white sugar
3/4
cup
lemon curd
white chocolate curls for garnish
optional
Instructions
Remove dough from can but don't unroll
Cut dough roll into 10 even slices
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Shape dough into shallow bowls with your fingers
Combine cream cheese with sugar and divide mixture evenly making a layer of filling in each dough bowl
Top cream cheese layer with a generous layer of lemon curd
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until dough is cooked and golden
Cool tartlettes and garnish with white chocolate curls if desired
Serve warm or at room temperature
Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator
