Loaded Salad Dip
This is a modified Chef's or Cobb Salad turned into a dip! A creamy ranch dip is topped with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, corn and cheese for a delicious dipping adventure!

cream cheese, softened

sour cream

Ranch seasoning mix

cooked corn on the cob*

slices
crispy bacon

cup
chopped romaine lettuce

cherry tomatoes

cup
grated Cheddar cheese
1/4
cup
blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
Mix sour cream, ranch seasoning and cream cheese together. You can mix them right in the bowl you are using to serve the dip.
After mixing form it into a large flat circle about 1 inch thick
Cut tomatoes into 1/4s, cut corn from the cob and tear the bacon into small pieces
Cover the ranch dip with lettuce and top with corn, bacon and tomatoes then sprinkle with cheddar and blue cheese
Serve it with sturdy chips or crackers
Notes
*cook corn in the husk in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes or in the microwave on high for 4 minutes
