10 count, regular size biscuits, baked
2
o thin slices smoked turkey
20
thin slices honey ham
10
slices
Vermont white cheddar
strawberry jam
honey mustard
4
eggs
1
cup
milk
salt and pepper
Instructions
Split baked biscuits in half.
Spread bottoms with mustard and tops with jam.
Pile on turkey and ham and a square of cheese.
Close biscuits. Place in sprayed baking dish.
Beat eggs with milk and season well with salt and pepper.
Pour over and around biscuits in dish. Cover lightly with foil to prevent biscuits from over browning.
Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
Cut into squares to serve and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 10 biscuits
Notes
You can also dip individual biscuits in egg mixture and saute in a skillet for an individual serving
