Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2-3 oz. Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Remove florets from base of cauliflower head, trim ends and slice.
Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment. Place sliced florets on pan in a pile.
Add seasonings and 1/2 of cheese. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and toss to distribute oil and seasonings. Spread out into an even layer.
Roast at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until caramelized and golden. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes to melt.
Serve immediately. Serves 3-4 depending on the size of your cauliflower head.
