Pimento Cheese Fondue

serve this warm cheese dip with a variety of dippers, onion rings, tater tots, celery sticks, asparagus, it's good on everything!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz extra sharp white cheddar grated
  • 4 oz extra sharp cheddar grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz chopped pimentos drained well
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together, using a food processor and pulsing if desired. Place in a greased 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until heated through and melted. Transfer to small fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm while serving. Serve with Fritos Scoops, Tortilla Scoops, celery sticks. Makes about 2 cups.
