Pimento Cheese Fondue
serve this warm cheese dip with a variety of dippers, onion rings, tater tots, celery sticks, asparagus, it's good on everything!

- 6 oz extra sharp white cheddar grated
- 4 oz extra sharp cheddar grated
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz chopped pimentos drained well
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- salt & pepper to taste
Mix everything together, using a food processor and pulsing if desired. Place in a greased 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until heated through and melted. Transfer to small fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm while serving. Serve with Fritos Scoops, Tortilla Scoops, celery sticks. Makes about 2 cups.
